I’ve had a ruff couple of weeks. A few years now I’ve been diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety disorder and since then I’ve been under treatments trying to recover from it. From time to time it has gone great but other times not as great as it should be. The last couple of weeks I’ve had anxious attacks to many times a day, I’ve been sleepless because of the shadows and I’ve felt utterly alone among people. Also I’ve ended up at the ER thrice now. My old medicines doesn’t affect me anymore and Im beginning to be bad again.  I’m trapped in my own darkness and one of the very few things that keeps the tiny flicker of light possible is the music. As artsy people do, they paint their pain away. The dancer dance their pain away and for me I play the pain away. In the dark room I put my fingers on the piano and play til it feels like the oxygen finally find my lungs.  Also this song has helped me during the darkest of times.

If you’re in a bad shape with torn edges as I am,

Keep fighting.

We’re stronger than we think. 

And it’s in the darkest times we prove how strong we are.
